Restaurant Vals

Länta Hut SAC

Description

The recipes and products focus on balance, regionality and sustainability. The products for the Plättli come from the Vals Valley. The bread is freshly baked in the wood-fired oven at the hut. A wide selection is available to quench your thirst. Particularly noteworthy are the homemade syrups, which are mixed with fresh spring water. Fine coffee from Graubünden can be enjoyed with a piece of cake. For tea drinkers, various types of Graubünden tea are on offer.

The Länta-Hütte SAC is only accessible on foot and is run by Barbara and Sebastion Heyerick. The season begins with the high alpine ski tours in March and lasts until the end of April.
The summer season for hikers starts on June 20 and lasts until October 25, 2026.
