Graubünden specialities in a cosy wooden chalet directly on the Untersee in Arosa.
Specialities from southern Grisons: This preference for the south of the canton is no coincidence, as Markus Koch comes from Pontresina. Therefore, the menu includes Puschlaver Capunet (spinach spaetzli) or Pizzoccheri Poschiavini and Capuns Sursilvans as well as Graubünden cabbage pizokel. But there are not only traditional Graubünden dishes, but also a chalet burger, cordon bleu or a classic beef fillet.
If you can't decide on a Graubünden specialty, the "Tavolata" should suit you (from two people): Capuns Sursilvans, Krautpizokel, Capunet, Quarkpizokel, Pizzoccheri Poschiavini to scoop up, plus a Schellenursli dessert, chestnuts with vanilla ice cream, whereby the ice cream is just as homemade as the bread.
