Therefore, the menu includes Puschlaver Capunet (spinach spaetzli) or Pizzoccheri Poschiavini and Capuns Sursilvans as well as Graubünden cabbage pizokel. But there are not only traditional Graubünden dishes, but also a chalet burger, cordon bleu or a classic beef fillet.
