Winter: If you get on the cable car in Sedrun, the Bar La Baracca is at the starting point of a day of skiing and is therefore the perfect place for an introductory coffee. Pedestrians are also welcome, be it for a snack or a cozy get-together, outside on the terrace or in the bright interior with panoramic windows.
Tip: Apéro tree with sausage, cheese, bread and wine. An ideal snack with friends.
Summer: Whether before or after a hike, before or after a bike tour or just to switch off: The snack bar La Baracca in Cuolm da Vi is a popular meeting place for athletes and connoisseurs. The cable car takes you comfortably to this viewing point, where no bush or tree obstructs the view of an impressive mountain panorama. Refreshing drinks and delicious snacks are served and the freezer is always filled with fine ice creams.

The wine bar Fläsch offers regional cuisine with seasonal ingredients. Guests can dine in a cozy 17th-century house with two dining rooms and a terrace. There is no printed menu; the dishes are presented on slate boards.

In the à la carte restaurant we are happy to spoil you with culinary or home-style cuisine. Discover the well-known and unknown on the menu. On our large terrace you can enjoy your meal with a view of the mountain panorama. The restaurant, the hall and the terrace each offer 50 seats. For the younger guests there is a games room without supervision available.
