Our "market cuisine" is exciting and stimulating. The origin of the dishes is just as Grisons - as it is cosmopolitan - but always with a little bit of home. When it comes to ingredients, we pay attention to quality and sustainability. Wherever possible, we use products directly from the producer and try to avoid long transport routes. Every day in summer we spoil our guests with a varied 4-course menu with salad buffet and a choice of each course. A barbecue or the all-round popular tapas buffet regularly complement our offer.
During the winter season, the weekly offer is complemented by the Fondue Chinoise à discretion (Sat), a dessert buffet (Sun), the Swiss cheese evening with raclette (Tue) and the varied 6-course gala dinner (Thu). Our 4-course menu with salad buffet and a choice of each course awaits you on Sun/Thu/Mi/Fri.
A fine wine from our wine list, with a regional and international selection, is just as much a part of a successful evening as the homemade "Röteli" or a fine grappa to round off the evening at the hotel bar.

The wide range of dishes includes various soups, salads, pasta dishes, meat and vegetarian main courses, pizzas and desserts. Everything is freshly cooked at the various stations. The consumption is recorded on the ski pass and is only paid when leaving the restaurant.
