Conditions / Extras
The booked number of guests includes bed linen, towels, and final cleaning in the rental price.
If additional guests are arriving, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance. For extra guests, we charge CHF 30.– per person for the provision of linens, as well as the statutory resort fee of CHF 6.50 per person per night.
For our little guests, we can provide a children's set with a cot (including bed linen) and high chair for a one-time fee of CHF 50.– upon request.
During the summer season, you will receive the Arosa All-Inclusive Card conveniently via email on the day of arrival.
We are happy to offer additional services such as a mid-cleaning, earlier check-in, or later check-out depending on availability. Just contact us in advance so we can check the possibilities. post@utoring-arosa.ch

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in
Your accommodation will be available on the day of arrival from 4:00 p.m. The reception is usually staffed from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you are arriving later, this is not a problem – we are happy to leave the key in the apartment or inform you about the individual key handover.

By car

The Utoring is located at Hohe Promenade 9, 7050 Arosa. Parking options are available depending on your booking in the underground garage or in the designated parking spaces. You will receive the relevant information before your arrival.

By public transport

Travel by train to Chur and change there to the famous Arosa train. The journey from Chur to Arosa takes about one hour and passes through the impressive Grisons mountain landscape.

From Arosa train station, you can reach the Utoring in about 10 to 15 minutes on foot. Alternatively, you can take the local bus to the stop "Arosa, Rathaus." From there, it’s only a few minutes' walk to your accommodation.

Check-out
We ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure. Please leave the keys in the mailbox at the reception or return them in person upon departure.

Before departure, we kindly ask you to:

  • leave the apartment tidy,
  • dispose of the waste,
  • wash the used dishes,
  • take all personal belongings with you,
  • close windows and turn off the lights,
  • strip the beds.
