On your arrival day the flat will be ready for you from 4 pm on. On your departure day we kindly request you to check-out latest by 9 am. Tourist tax: Winter - CHF 4.00 per day and person older than 17 years Summer - “all inclusive” - CHF 4.00 per day and person older than 17 years For the cleaning of your flat after your departure a fee of CHF 90.00-100.00 will be charged. Payment terms: initial payment of CHF 300.-- within 10 days after booking, the remaining total amount incl. the tourist tax and the fee for cleaning is to be paid in cash on-site prior to your departure.
