Additional costs (for a summing up of the costs see also www.e-domizil.ch/ looking for number 3817): - Cleaning: CHF 160.00 for up to 6 persons, exceeding this its an extra CHF 10 per extra person - sun- and holidays Fr. 40,00 extra - and - if rented in addition - Fr. 50 for the room with bath at the ground floor. - Linen and towels, optional: CHF 20.00 per person including 2 towels (for use inside the flat and not for visits in the pool or sauna f.e.) - Heating in the month from October to May (in the other months corresponding to consumption) is being charged as a flat-rate of CHF 25 daily which includes the power for up to 6 persons. From the seventh person on there is an additional fee of CHF 5,- Fr. per person and night. If the room with bath at the ground floor is being rented in addition there is a flat-rate of CHF 10 daily for heating including the power for up to two persons. - Tourist tax per person per night Fr. 5,00 - Children 12 and under free. From the 11th of december of 2021 on the visitors tax includes apart from many reductions for certain acrivities the FREE USE OF PUBLIC TRANSFER on certain lines and segments – see in the internet: engadin.com/de/buchen-angebote/gaestekarte. - More occupancy from the 7th person over 11 years applies a surcharge of CHF 10.00 per person per night. - The prices are valid from 7 nights on. The final cleaning (incl. bed linen and towels) of CHF 150.00 and the visitor's tax (CHF 5.00 per person/night from 12 years), which also includes public transport (RhB train and Postbus) between Zernez and Martina) are not included in the price and will be charged separately. The apartment is suitable for 1 - 3 persons. On request 4 persons are also possible. The terrace is a seating area in front of the house. If you have any special requests, please contact us early. We do our best to fulfill the wishes and needs of our guests in the best possible way.

The campsite with a wonderful mountain panorama is quietly located in the middle of nature and yet only five minutes walk from the center of Scuol. It offers pitches for mobile homes and tents, a tennis court at a preferential price, a children's playground and a snack bar.
