On foot over the Septimer, from Alpine town to Alpine town. At the centre of this cultural and long-distance hiking trail are three linguistic and cultural areas, a diverse cultural landscape and a large number of historic buildings - from the episcopal city of Chur via the Lenzerheide, through Surses and Bregaglia to Chiavenna.
