Buchner Tobel suspension bridge tour

A hike far away from the big hiking streams over quiet mountain paths, around an unknown Prättigauer side valley. Highlights along the way are the new suspension bridge (70m long) over the Grüsttobel and the nature reserve at Stelsersee. On this tour you get to know Pany and its surroundings from a whole new side!

Don't miss Lake Stelser! The hiking trail runs a little below and leaves the lake on the right. The short ascent to the lake and into the nature reserve is worthwhile - ideal place for a lunch break, panorama over the entire Prättigau included.

If you climb a few minutes northwards from Lake Stelsersee to the wide ridge of the Stelserberg, you will discover much more: there are the large Rätikon limestone walls standing in line! The panorama from the terrace of the Berghaus to the lake can be enjoyed particularly well!

From the village square of Pany, follow the hiking trail up the village to the Pany ski lift and continue directly through fields and forest to the mountain pasture village of Tratza. From the end of June to approx. At the end of October, you can indulge in local food in the cosy Tratza-Beizli . Above Tratza, the hiking trail branches off to the left in the direction of Stelserberg. Slightly descending through the forest, you reach the new suspension bridge over the Grüsttobel on the impressive steep flank of the Buchner Tobel. The hiking trail continues with ups and downs to the large terrace of the Stelserberg.
