You start in Falera, at the Hotel La Siala. From here, the Berg & Sicht panoramic trail first takes you up to Tegia Larnags, where you are served a first appetiser. In the Runcahöhe restaurant, just over four kilometres further on, you can then enjoy starter number two. The main course and dessert are served in the Startgels restaurant before you walk down to Flims village, always following the "Kulinariktrail" signposts.
