Description
Simple circular route with a fire pit and a beautiful picnic spot at Resgia Plavna. The fairy tale can be read and experienced at seven stations. The first attraction awaits after about two kilometers, at the grill area. At the end, a rest area with a view of Tarasp Castle invites you to linger.
Note: The path is basically pram-friendly. With a stroller, the route is more demanding and rather suitable for strollers with large and wide wheels.
Hidden Gem
In addition to the dwarfs' path – "via dals nanins" a visit to Tarasp Castle is recommended. The Tarasp Castle displays an art exhibition by Not Vital, the owner of the castle.

- By the Rhaetian Railway (from Chur, Prättigau, Upper and Lower Engadin) hourly to Scuol-Tarasp
- By PostBus from Scuol station hourly to Tarasp, Fontana
Travel Information
- From the north: via Landquart – Klosters by car shuttle through the Vereina tunnel (Selfranga - Sagliains) or via Flüela Pass into the Lower Engadin on H27
- From the east: via Landeck / Austria towards St. Moritz on H27
- From the south: via Reschen Pass (Nauders-Martina) or Ofen Pass (Val Müstair-Zernez-Scuol) on H27
- Tarasp is reached from Scuol in 10 min. (via the Inn bridge on H27)
