The easy bike tour starts at the Staderas parking lot between Flims and Laax, the route first leads through the Val Gronda and then down to Salums, past lonely views of the Reinschlucht gorge. The easy, flat route on forest roads is also easy to manage with children's trailers. Thanks to the large forest of Laax, it is a refreshing round tour on hot days. In Salums you can treat yourself to a snack at the Straussennest excursion restaurant with regionally selected produce and traditional/modern cuisine on the sun terrace. At the same time you have a spectacular view of the wonderful mountains of the Signina group. Back you go on a gravel path to the starting point.

The tour is also ideal as an e-bike tour for beginners and families with children's trailers.
