Road one-way from Laax to the Oberalp Pass

This challenging road cycling tour leads from Flims/Laax through the Vorderrhein valley via Ilanz and Disentis/Mustér up to the Oberalp Pass (2,044 m above sea level). About 1,413 meters of elevation are overcome over approximately 58 km. The ascent is steady and rideable, with increasingly alpine scenery from Disentis. The fully asphalted pass road offers impressive views of the high alpine landscape and ends at Oberalp Lake near the source of the Vorderrhein. The tour is ideal for endurance road cyclists and can be easily combined with a return trip by train.
