Description

Immediately after the start of the tour in Ilanz - the oldest city on the Rhine - the steep and crisp ascent on the old Flonder road to Flond begins. From here you drive less steeply over forest roads to Surcuolm and finally up to the Grisons Rigi. After this feat of strength of almost 1000 meters in altitude, it is worthwhile to recharge your batteries on the sun terrace and enjoy the unique view of the Rhine Gorge and the surrounding mountains. After the well-deserved break, it goes alternately on single trails and shotter roads via Sogn Carli down to Morissen and on to Vella. In order to master the last two climbs via Cumbel to Sassolas, it is worth refilling the drinking bottles in Vella. Arrived in Sasolas, the last descent awaits beautiful single trails to Luven and further down to Ilanz, the start and finish of this promising and yet right challenging tour.
