Staderas - Conn - viewing platform "Il Spir" - carriage ride

The easy hike leads from Staderas to the sports center, then through the Flimser forest directly along the lake Cauma shore and again gently sloping to the sun terrace Conn. Only a few hundred meters further on you will reach the viewing platform "Il Spir" with a unique view of the Rhine gorge. For the way back two carriages are ready. Thus, individual rides are possible. Coachman Sepp and Christian are happy to guide you around in the beautiful forest of the Flims. It is worth a trip to the 5 minutes away viewing platform "Il Spir", which protrudes into the Rhein Gorge and thus gives a wide view of the river.

We start our hike from the parking lot Staderas. From here we walk in the direction of Flims into the forest and turn right at the sports center at the signpost 24. After a short time, the Lag Prau Tuleritg and the cross-country ski run, which for some time runs parallel to our path, appears to our left. After about 20 minutes we reach Lake Cauma, whose turquoise-green color shimmers through the trees. We keep our south-eastern course and continue the slightly sloping path until we leave after about 1km the forest and reach a large clearing. On the right side there is a vantage point which gives a wide view of the Rhein Gorge. Now it is only a few meters to the restaurant Conn which invites you to linger before we start strengthened with the wooden horse-drawn carriage on the way back.
