Description
At 2140 m above sea level, Tanatzhöhi (gondola mountain station) is a good deal closer to the sun. On the panorama trail (skating only) you enjoy a wonderful view of Rheinwald and the mountain world of Piz Tambo. A small trail is groomed around the frozen storage lake Tambo-Lago. Food and drink are available in the mountain restaurant. Here, the large sun terrace invites you to linger and enjoy.
The Splügen mountain railways (including the Splügen - Tanatzhöhi gondola) operate from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. For further information, please refer to the internet.

Hidden Gem
In the valley there are various more demanding ski trails if you are not yet satisfied after the round on the Tanatzhöhi.

You can rent cross-country ski equipment at Splügen Sport.
Directions
The small round starts directly at the Tanatzhöhi mountain station and runs around the storage lake Tambo-Lago back to the mountain station.
