Starting point: You can reach the bench on foot from Fex Crasta, turning left to Muotta da Güvè. Or you can reach the bench on foot from Isola or Sils-Maria. The hike takes about 45 minutes from Fex Crasta, about 1 - 1 1/2 hrs from Isola or Sils-Maria.
