Kammerphilharmonie Graubünden

Since 1989, the Kammerphilharmonie Graubünden has been delighting audiences not only in its own canton, but far beyond its borders, and plays between 50 and 60 concerts per season – whether in the city or in the countryside, in concert halls, on village squares, in churches or even dance halls. In addition to symphony and chamber music concerts, the highlights include projects such as the "Festival in the Castle" in Haldenstein or the "tuns contemporans" festival, where new music from Graubünden and Switzerland in particular is (premiered). Another success story is the educational concerts, such as the family concert "The Orchestra Clown", the "Side-by-Side Music" by professionals and amateurs or the recently launched Chur Choir Week. The activities are rounded off by annual tours in summer and winter as well as the extremely popular film music tour and various crossover programs. Since 2016, the Kammerphilharmonie has been led by Swiss conductor Philippe Bach.
