Lake Lag Serein

Serein means clear and pure. And that's exactly how this pretty lake presents itself in the midst of green alpine meadows and alpine rose bushes - a clear blue eye in a magnificent mountain backdrop. A hike from the Caischavdera mountain station takes a little more than an hour. The path is white/red signposted and well suited for families with children, but not suitable for prams.

There is also a small fireplace, but since the lake is above the tree line, you have to bring your own wood.
