Description
The Lake Upper Prätschsee is located on 1980 m above sea level along the Schanfigg Alpine Trail from Arosa towards Ochsenalp-Tschiertschen. The lake can also be reached by bike or horse and has a fixed BBQ area. The Prätschsee lakes are two popular destinations of the 10-lake hike.

Public Transport
Take the Rhaetian Railway from Chur to Arosa and the local bus direction Prätschli to Maran. Continue by foot.
Directions
From Chur, follow the signs to Arosa and turn right upon reaching the petrol station in the beginning of the village.
Parking
As there is only a limited amount of parking spaces available at Maran, be recommended to leave your car at the parking garage Ochsenbühl. You will find it on the left after the Sport- and Conference Centre.
