At the pass St.Luzisteig (between Maienfeld and Balzers) is a worth seeing military museum. Experience an exciting and important piece of history. Besides the exhibition, the visitor can learn about the history of St. Lutzisteig in a short movie.

Saturday 29 August 2026, 11:00–15:00: "Firearms through the ages: from wheel locks to repeating rifles. Demonstration and explanation of the various weapon systems."
Speaker: Jürg Schmid, firearms collector and restorer.
Saturday 26 September 2026, 11:00 am: “The battles on the Luzisteig in 1799 in words and pictures; in the afternoon, a walk through the terrain including the Guschaturm.”

Saturday 31 October 2026, 11:00–16:00: Food in the army through the ages “No grub, no fight” Lunch featuring typical dishes from the military kitchen.
