Pontresina's ice rink with its spectacular views of the Roseg Valley and sunny location is considered one of the most beautiful rinks in the Engadin for ice skating, hockey and curling (4500 m2) from December to February.

The sunny Roseg ice rink is a most inviting spot for ice skating. Perfect natural ice and a glorious view of the Roseg Valley and the surrounding mountain panorama add to the enjoyment while ice skating.
Those without their own skates can borrow them free of charge at the rink. There are aids for less experienced ice skaters to give plenty of support for those first tentative steps on the ice.

Pontresina has been known for years as a major centre of Swiss curling. With its immaculately cared-for rinks, the beautifully situated Roseg natural ice rink has everything a curler could wish for. At all the rinks, the clubs provide their own sets for you to use.

A permanent hockey rink is available on the natural ice rink next to the sports pavilion. The field can be used for free during the day, depending on availability. Those who do not have ice skates can borrow them free of charge at the rink. Players have to bring their own hockey sticks, helmets and pucks. 

Illuminated ice rink: every Monday from 7.00pm - 9.00pm, on Monday 21.02.2022 the ice rink will not be illuminated in the evening. 

The Sports Pavilion Restaurant is the ideal place to treat yourself to some well-deserved refreshment after a day of exerting sporting activity or a prolonged sunbathing session on the terrace.
