The church in Trimmis - Gothic choir, round arches and symbolic windows create a light, sacred space with a historical aura.
Description
Once a chapel on the southern edge of the village, today the church stands out as a harmonious building with an onion dome added almost in the centre. The simple church interior is characterised by wide round arches on all sides under a large cross vault and a Gothic choir. Large windows with symbolised attributes of Jesus reinforce the light, sacred character of the church.
