The Val Schons pump track in Andeer was opened in summer 2024. The initiative came from three fifth-graders in 2021, which led to the founding of an association. An old carnival custom is still alive in Splügen on Ash Wednesday: "Pschuuri, Bschuri, Bschürälä, Bschuurrimittwucha" are expressions that can still be found in many Walser regions of Graubünden.
