At the end of the 1970s, Wolfgang Hildesheimer, together with the architect François Kaufmann, began to plan a new studio on the Poschiavino River, where he had worked since 1980.

The Zanetti butcher's shop is a Puschlav family business that has been producing and selling local fresh meat and meat specialities of the highest quality in Poschiavo for over 100 years. They currently employ a dozen people.

Since 2016, the Jenaz organic cheese dairy has been producing fine regional specialities from goat's, sheep's and cow's milk. A dedicated team processes natural organic milk into tasty specialties from the valley.
