In the 14th century, Walser moved from the Rheinwald to Vals. They do the same as the Walsers and hike from Hinterrhein over the Valserberg. Once at the top, you can enjoy a great view. If you feel tired legs after arriving in Vals, it is best to loosen them in the 7132 Therme.

The Val Schons pump track in Andeer opened in the summer of 2024. The initiative came from three fifth-graders in 2021, which led to the founding of an association. The pump track is suitable for almost all age groups, freely accessible and is located on the Andeer school square, easily accessible by public transport.
