Between "forest & water", the hike takes you along the breathtaking Rhine Gorge to lake Cresta. Enjoy not only the view but also the culinary specialities of the region with a selected 3-course menu.

Description

One trail - three restaurants. On the Culinary Trail Forest & Water you will get to know not only the scenic but also the culinary attractions of our region. You start in Flims Waldhaus, where you have your first course in the Bistro Kaufmannfrauen. Between 17 August and 30 September, the starter will be served at Ustria La Cauma. Going past Lake Cauma and along the Rhine Gorge you reach Conn, where the main course is waiting for you. After a short detour to the lookout point Il Spir, you will reach the dessert at restaurant Crestasee, before you return to Flims via the impressive Felsbach Gorge.

2 pm Main course at the Conn Restaurant, Capuns with Bündnerfleisch, raviuls dalla Tatta, sausage und alpine cheese salad garnished, Conn Bächli salad with smoked trout, croutons and egg

4 pm Dessert at the Crestasee Inn, surprise dessert
