Look forward to an enjoyable evening in a mountain village in the destination Viamala. Let yourself be pampered by a regional 3-course surprise menu, get to know new people and experience the warm hospitality of the Viamala region. Where your table is and what is served remains a surprise until shortly before the event.

Since it can get chilly in the course of the evening in our mountain region even in summer and the event takes place outside, we recommend bringing warm clothing.

In a village in the destination Viamala. The village is allocated by lot.

On 24 September 2026, you will find out which host will host your culinary evening.

What will be on the table?

A regional 3-course surprise menu. All dishes are prepared with love from regional ingredients. What exactly is on the table deliberately remains secret – the hosts design their menu individually.

Since the allocation is automatic, intolerances can only be taken into account to a limited extent and special meal requests can unfortunately not be taken into account.

When does the evening begin?

At 7:00 p.m.

How much does it cost to participate?

The participation fee is CHF 49 per person.

Included in the price are:

• Regional 3-course surprise menu
• Wine with aperitif and dinner (limited)
• Sweet surprise for the way home (Confiserie Gyger)

Special highlight on 26 September 2026: Mauro Caviezel will personally be a guest of a host. If the sporting planning allows, Gino Caviezel will also be part of the evening.

Good to know

• The event takes place in all weathers.
• The registration deadline is 4 days before the event.
• The number of seats is limited.

Important booking information

The allocation is made in groups per village. If you want to sit together at a table, you must make the booking together as a group. Subsequent additions are only possible by prior arrangement.

Please indicate your location during the event weekend (e.g. Thusis) in the comments field. This allows us to keep the distance to the assigned host short if possible.

Via Mia Pass

With the Via Mia inclusive package, participation is included free of charge. The package is available to guests staying two nights or more at participating Via Mia Pass partner accommodations. Participation is also free of charge for local owners of the "Dahai in dr Viamala" package.
