Organ concert with Ilya Voellmy Kudrjavtsev

Ilja Voellmy Kudrjavtsev plays in the upper league of Swiss organist positions; until recently he was organist of the Liestal City Church, but since then he has held the same office at the Reformed City Church of Aarau. He has become known as an interpreter of technically demanding organ music and as an improviser. He will give samples of both in his Chur concert. In particular, he will play Franz Liszt's fantasy "Ad nos, ad salutarem undam", the voluminous main work of German Romanticism, which fits like no other on the historic organ in St. Martin.
