Ein Abend mit Martin Suter – Lesung und Gespräch

The multi-award-winning Swiss writer Martin Suter has been one of the most successful German-language authors of the present day for years. With novels such as "Small World", "Melody" or, most recently, "Wut und Liebe", he inspires an international audience with his elegant language, subtle powers of observation and great narrative tension.

On this evening, Martin Suter will read from his latest book "Can you see me? - The Business Class in the Home Office". In the subsequent conversation with Alexa Ritter, Art and Culture Officer of the Grand Resort, the author talks about inspiration, his life and the process of creating his books. This gives the audience the opportunity to get to know the writer personally and to learn more about his work between literature, column and everyday life.

Martin Suter
Martin Suter was born in Zurich in 1948. His novels (including "Melody" and "Wut und Liebe") and the "Business Class" stories are also great international successes. Since 2011, the gentleman crook Allmen has also been solving his cases in his own crime series, currently seven volumes are available. Martin Suter lives with his daughter in Zurich.
