BEASTS

BEASTS combines genres such as punk, noise, rap and doom in a very personal way and is the first solo project of Antoine Romeo (formerly run SOFA).
With their haunting debut album The Shearing (La Base ASBL/Rockerill Records, April 18, 2025), BEASTS explores themes of migration, intergenerational trauma, class struggle, and social reproduction. The music of BEASTS is cathartic, immediate and uncompromising.
On stage, the Charleroi-born artist, who grew up in a large family of Italian immigrants in the 90s, will be accompanied on stage by Brussels-based drummer Arno De Bock (De Mond) and Ghent multi-instrumentalist Stijn Vanmarsenille (Future Old People Are Wizards, Elefant).
