Mit der Bibel im Gespräch

Texts of the Bible have an attraction. Conversely, they can irritate us, or even offend us. They give encouragement, raise questions, address life issues with us, open horizons, give us impulses, and they connect us with the great You of God. We learn that Bible texts speak to us personally. Through human voices we listen to a higher sound and the eternal word. We take both dimensions into account: understanding what is in the text and paying attention to how the text speaks to us. Together we are "in conversation with the Bible" for an hour.
