Theater animation of a special kind for children aged 4 and up is conducted by Jörg Bohn. He plays the municipal employee Bruno, who ensures order and cleanliness in the playgrounds and is soon to be promoted. However, this does not happen. Inspired by the children's playful spirit, he misses the moment to become the number one sandpit man. Instead, he collects abandoned toys in and around the sandpit, repairs them, and secretly practices circus acts with them. The cleaning cart transforms - to the amazement of the children - into a circus arena with breathtaking acts from all over the world.
