Jörg Bohn operates a special kind of theater animation for children aged 4 and up. He plays the city employee Bruno, who ensures order and cleanliness in the playgrounds and is soon to be promoted. However, this does not happen. Enthralled by the children's playfulness, he misses the moment to become the number one sandbox man. Instead, he collects abandoned toys in and around the sandbox, repairs them, and secretly practices circus acts with them. The cleaning cart transforms - to the astonishment of the children - into a circus arena featuring dizzying acts from around the world.
