The Moesano Museum Foundation and the Calanca Regional Archive, in collaboration with Cinzia Fibbioli Rigotti, hiking guide, are pleased to propose an experiential walk in Giova (Buseno) on the occasion of the "Swiss Hiking Night".
In Giova, Marco Marcacci, historian, former co-president of the Moesano Museum, will hold a presentation of the history of Giova and its school building, in disuse since 1952. Afterwards, Nicola Castelletti, architect and member of the museum's Steering Committee, will lead a guided tour of the modern church of Our Lady of Fatima, the work of architects Mario Campi and Franco Pessina and erected in the years 1984-1988. Refreshments will be offered to participants at the end of the visits.
