Colonia Sanbe

The proposal is divided into two complementary offers: the day camp, aimed at children aged 4 to 6 (morning only) and 7 to 12 years old (full day), and the Italiano Subito camp, intended exclusively for non-Italian-speaking children and young people aged 7 to 12.

Among the main innovations this year is the transfer of the headquarters to San Bernardino, at the former Alpine Colony, and the introduction of a paid shuttle bus service to facilitate the
participation of residents in Mesolcina. The day camp offers playful, creative and outdoor activities, with particular attention to the territory and nature, while the Italiano Subito project combines shared afternoon activities with a path of learning the Italian language in the morning, based on an experiential and intuitive approach.

In the afternoon, the two groups meet, offering participants a concrete opportunity for linguistic and cultural exchange through play and group life.

For participants in the day camp, meals and snacks are included (depending on the age group), while the Italiano Subito camp also provides accommodation for the whole week, promoting complete language immersion.
