DANCE WITH SIMEA CAVELTI AS PART OF THE OPENING OF THE "EXPERIENCE WOOL"

In this trio, Simea Cavelti weaves connections between the body and sheep's wool as soft, resilient, relationship-based structures.

FELT RELATIONS draws inspiration from pastoral cultures as a silent form of resilience, expressed through a sensitive connection with the animate and nature. Shaped by the militarized landscape of the Middle East and the Swiss Alps, the physicality of this work explores the complex web of relationships between nature and humanity. At the center of the work, felting emerges as a primal metaphor: an ancient, repetitive and cross-cultural gesture as well as a bearer of memory. The movements of Misan, Nerea and Simea echo this metaphor, creating spaces of resonance through physical states and precise gestures that explore the relationship between separation and connection.

The performance will be followed by a tour of the "Experience Wool" trail and followed by refreshments.
