Davos reformed is looking forward to Dr. theol. Holger Finze-Michaelsen.
The church historian will speak on 23 Sept at 2:30 p.m. at the villagers' afternoon in the Aula Bünda on the following topic: "500 years of Reformation in Davos and Graubünden: incredible upheavals":

It was a movement in Europe whose effects were felt in every region and even in the most remote valleys: the Reformation. It called into question much more than just the worship life of 500 years ago. It affected the entire social structure and the power relations of society in many countries. From the Montafon and from Zurich, the Davos region was also seized by this movement. This did not happen entirely without conflicts. The chaplain Jakob Spraiter, who came from St. Antönien, met with considerable resistance with his Reformation attitude and finally had to leave Davos. It was a turbulent time that left no one unscathed.

Following Holger Finze's lecture, there will be a snack and a small devotion by Social Deacon Sascha Skwortz (in training).
