Intention: - Ecstatic dance encourages dancing barefoot. - This is a drug- and alcohol-free event inviting you to reach your own natural state of ecstasy. - Phone calls are prohibited during the dance. Please enjoy the space with your senses and not with your video camera. - We welcome both solo dancers and partner dancers. Mindfulness allows us to respect each other's space.
