Forum Beverin №2 «Gemeinschaftliche Wohnraum-Projekte» in Versam

Good and affordable housing is increasingly in demand and is elementary to keep the villages in the Beverin Nature Park alive. With this event, Forum Beverin offers an insight into three innovative housing projects in the Safiental. The Pfruondhus in Tenna, Talstrasse 10 in Safien Platz and the Burggarta in Valendas are in different project phases from planning to already inhabited and have the same goal: living space for locals.

The project sponsors provide insight into why they chose which organisational form and report on success factors and stumbling blocks. The municipality of Safiental shows its role and tools for municipalities in supporting settlement development. But you are also in demand, because we are all affected by the housing issue, whether private individuals, public authorities or project sponsors.
