Fotogrüsse aus Tschiertschen – Fotografie-Workshop

Experience Tschiertschen with camera on 5 and 6 September 2026.

The workshop is suitable for photography beginners and advanced photographers.

In the sunny mountain village of Tschiertschen, you will not only find a far-reaching view of the surrounding mountain panorama. The focus of the photography workshop is on the unagitated but lively village itself. The participants explore the village through the camera. No matter which camera you use; whether digital or analogue, compact, SLR or smartphone camera - the photographer takes the picture.
What they all have in common is mindful, consciously creative photography.
The workshop makes it possible to sharpen the photographic eye in a decelerating mountain backdrop. It includes assistance with image composition and photographic technology and offers the opportunity to take into account the individual needs of the participants. In terms of content, architecture, art, nature and culture are put in relation.

Tschiertschen, a wonderful mountain village, surprises with tanned wooden houses. They line the alleys of the village centre. The landscape surrounding the village is characterized by agriculture and soft tourism.

As part of the open-air art exhibition "BEAUX LOSANGES BÜEL", works of art mingle with the local village backdrop that enter into a dialogue with the place. Unique interstices are created that invite photographic exploration in order to tell new stories.

If possible and willing of the participants, the workshop will result in a series of postcards showing Tschiertschen in a new light and from an unusual perspective.
