Description
**So, so, so and also so!**
Accompanied by music, a room full of drawers opens. Small, large, long and short – everything seems to be in perfect order, everything is sorted, everything is in place. The three performers arrange and dismantle, load and load themselves, stumble and collapse. What begins as a game soon becomes serious and makes it increasingly clear: "I won't let myself be pigeonholed so easily, because I'm like this, like that, like that and also like that."
The dance and musical journey playfully deals with prejudices and searches for new orders that dissolve pigeonholing.
The play is barrier-free. The little language used is easy language. In addition, the multilingualism in the team was used for the game: German, Turkish, Italian, French, Arabic. Individual sequences of the play are signed by the performers in German sign language. A professional audio description was developed by Charlotte Arens and Lenka Löhmann. In connection with pigeonholing, prejudices and discrimination, there was advice from Seda Keskinkılıç-Brück during the rehearsal process.
*"Is it like that?" will be performed at the Chur Theatre as part of the Week of Action against Racism 2027.*
