HISTORIETA DE UN ABRAZO ("The Story of an Embrace") focuses on a couple. The wordless puppet theatre moves touchingly through the complexity of love relationships and allows the audience to participate directly in tenderness, tragedy and the inadequacy of being human.
Rugiada Grignani and Facundo Moreno bring to life an imaginary world full of dreams and secrets with their objects, figures, shadows and music in a unique, quiet way. Her carefully composed productions combine puppet and object theatre into poetic snapshots that tell of the power of creativity with a fine feeling and a pinch of irony.
A production of the Italian Compagnia Dromosofista. Awarded at the International Puppet Theater Festival in Ghent and at the FIL – Festival Internacional de Intercâmbio de Linguagens in Rio de Janeiro.
