Welcome to the AI Meetup GR, the inspiring meeting place for everyone involved in artificial intelligence! Whether you're in the industry, doing research, or just curious about the future of technology, this meetup is for you.

AI is constantly changing. This time we are doing the same: At the next AI Meetup, we will hear not one keynote, but three. In about 10 minutes each, three companies from the canton will present an AI use case that they have implemented together with their customers – from the idea to ongoing operation. 📌

We will meet on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at 5 p.m., this time at FactorAI, Stelleweg 4, 7000 Chur. The host is Sebastian Früh, Founder & CEO of FactorAI.

The three use cases:

AI in the hotel industry: Automate emails, calls and reception processes yourself – Bernhard Zindel, CTO at b_smart
Supporting over 100 hotels remotely means 3,500 emails, 600 calls and around 1,000 check-ins per day. Bernhard Zindel shows how 35 receptionists work hand in hand with AI agents to achieve this.

Inbound Sales Email Agent – Gian-Reto Kobler, Founder at Pro Web Solutions
Gian-Reto Kobler uses the example of an inbound sales agent to show how a personalized offer is automatically created after a form is submitted, questions are answered via a knowledge base, the deal pipeline runs in HubSpot and is handed over to a human colleague in the event of sensitive topics.

CMS editing effort reduced to a fraction thanks to AI – Samuel Rhyner, owner at Code Crush
For the Swiss Society of Orphaned Parents, a platform was created that publishes very extensive interviews with parents, relatives and affected persons and thus serves self-help. Samuel Rhyner explains how a complex AI workflow correctly captures these interviews and links them together in such a way that those affected can find suitable assistance across different situations.

The event aims to provide a dynamic platform for the exchange of ideas, experiences and visions around the topic of artificial intelligence. At our meeting, you can expect a mix of short input presentations and open discussion rounds that will make you think and open up new perspectives.
