On the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the large church bell of the church of S. Martin in Lumbrein, a special guided tour will be held on the subject of church bells and church bells. The tour takes you to Surcasti to the church of S. Luregn, to Vella to the church of S. Vintschegn and finally to the Jubilarian, the large church bell in the church of S. Martin in Lumbrein.

Church bells have been one of the defining sounds of the Val Lumnezia for centuries. Their ringing accompanies people's everyday lives, marks the time, calls for church services, announces festivals and commemorates special events in church and village life.

On this guided tour, you will learn more about the historical background, peculiarities and customs of the church bells and the ringing.
