Kulinarik-Trail Mountain and view
Description
Great views in front of your eyes and on your table. This mixture makes our culinary trail "Mountain & View" along the panoramic hiking trail. You start with an entrée at Hotel La Siala in Falera, followed by the first starter at Tegia Larnags. Along meadows you go up to the Runcahöhe, where the second starter is waiting for you. After another climb, you will have earned your main course and dessert at the Stargels mountain restaurant.

9.15 am Entrée at Hotel La Siala in Falera: coffee and Bündner Nusstorte (Grisons nut cake)
11.15 am First starter at the Tegia Larnags, Capuns "Larnags" or leaf salads of the season with fresh goat cheese
1.45 pm Second starter at the mountain restaurant Runcahöhe, Grisons barley soup or mixed salad with cottage cheese or spinach pizokel
3.45 pm Main course and dessert in the mountain restaurant Startgels, veal paillard or lamb carrés from the charcoal grill with polenta or roast potatoes for dessert
