Last year, the two pianists Rachel Breen and Jiaxin Min thrilled the audience in the final of the Concours Reine Elisabeth in Brussels – in Andeer, the two exceptional pianists come together for the first time. They used their carte blanche to create a stimulating programme between rarely played pearls of the repertoire: for example, the jazzy Divertimento by the Dutch composer Leo Smit or the impressive and virtuoso four-hand arrangement of Stravinsky's "Sacre de Printemps". Between the works, however, in which they share the keyboard four-handed, they will also be experienced as soloists. The program accompanies the audience through times and styles - in the spirit of the opening work "Short Ride in a Fast Machine" by John Adams.
