Masterclass with Dan Brulé: The Art & Science of Breath

Join Dan Brulé, one of the world's leading pioneers in breathwork, for an intimate three-hour masterclass at Suvretta House, St. Moritz. Through a combination of expert teaching, practical exercises, and a 45-minute immersive guided breath journey, participants will explore how conscious breathing can support greater awareness, resilience, relaxation, and overall wellbeing.

The experience will also include an interactive Q&A, an opportunity to meet Dan Brulé personally, a book signing, and light refreshments.
