MTB Skills Training

The Techniktraining Level Red is aimed at advanced female mountain bikers who are already regularly on trails and want to specifically develop their riding skills.
You feel safe on blue trails and now want to confidently master steeper, more technical, and rocky sections?
Then this level is just right for you. In three consecutive evening courses of two hours each, you will work in a pure women's group on key riding technique elements that will give you more safety, control, and maneuverability in challenging terrain. The focus is on clean technique, active bike handling, and controlled riding – just as it is truly required on natural trails. The course is led by an experienced guide who creates a motivating and supportive learning atmosphere.
Level Red is deliberately designed as a transition from advanced riding techniques to very challenging terrain. Techniques such as the stoppie are taught as a precursor and serve to prepare for more advanced maneuvers at higher levels.
