Often you only notice infrastructure in public spaces when something breaks. Through hikes and local encounters, the Papertrail collective has dealt with systems that connect the Safiental within and with the outside world. On Friday, they will present their findings in the form of an infrastructure walk in miniature format.

In her artistic practice, Manuela Luterbacher is interested in traditional recipes and personal stories, what the food of the future will look like, whether the centuries-old (cooking) craft of a mountain community is still in use, and how community can be experienced culinarily today.
