Autumn has arrived – the days are getting shorter, the temperatures are dropping, and nature is preparing for the resting phase. Right now we long for warmth, security and inner balance. The sauna world of the Tamina Therme invites you to consciously enjoy this time of year and recharge your batteries.

On 11 and 12 October 2025, the sauna will be all about rituals. You can look forward to two outstanding guest infusions: the winner of the Herbal Cup 2024 and a real sauna master from Latvia, who will bring traditional as well as modern sauna ceremonies. The programme is complemented by the sauna master team of the Tamina Therme, which provides variety and deep relaxation with its own rituals.
